Returns

Due to the nature of our products, for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or faulty. Our products are mainly contained in glass packaging so please if it is obvious your jar is broken on arrival, do not continue to open.

In the circumstance where your product is faulty, we need proof to be able to refund you or send out a replacement. Please send a photo to clare@blackpalm.co.uk and a member of our team will be in touch ASAP.

We cannot guarantee that our products will work on all skin types due to such a wide range of variating factors to take into consideration on a personal basis. We cannot accept returns on opened and used products.
